PA & L Kids and Teen event include programs formerly known as "Black, White & Read All Over." These programs were created to encourage family reading and to introduce kids and teens to the most talented writers of children’s and YA books today. We pride ourselves on bringing writers to Pittsburgh that kids and teens can’t wait to hear, including Jeff Kinney, John Green, Sarah Dessen, Tomie DePaola, Jan Brett, Rick Riordan, Mo Willems, and others who have created unforgettable stories and characters.


Each program is followed by a book signing with the author. Copies of author books will be available for purchase at the events.
